Scott Weiland
Scott Weiland was the lead singer of the band Stone Temple Pilots. During concerts, he would often strip butt naked for the last song, wrap himself in a flag, and sing wrapped in the flag. Then, at the end, a fellow band member would tear off the flag and Scott would make his exit with his hands covering his front, but not his butt. Above are clips from a performance at Jones Beach, New York in 2000.
Here he is posing for a poster shot at the piano. Scott Weiland struggled with cocaine and heroin abuse. While on tour in 2015, he died from a drug overdose at age 48.

what a pity he died so young
It's actually 'buck naked'... but what do I know?............
@Uncle Vic - Buck naked is the traditional term, and I'm old enough that it's the term I'm most familiar with, too. So why did I say "butt naked"? Maybe because "buck naked" means totally naked, and as you can see at the end of the clip, he's wearing shoes and socks, so he's not buck naked, although his butt is exposed. However, when I looked up "butt naked" (which Webster and other dictionaries now accept along with "buck naked"), it is also defined as totally naked, though one online source said it could mean having bare buttocks. Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
