Income Tax Day

Today is Income Tax Day.  But this year, it's also National Banana Day, which falls on the third Wednesday in April.  So we're going to look at a few bananas.

We've previously seen the Banana Race that's part of the Tapati Festival on Easter Island.

Well, today is Tax Day, not necessarily a thing to celebrate, but I thought this guy's body-painted message was appropriate for today.  He was in the 2011 World Naked Bike Ride in Seattle.

His message in front says "Natural Spandex", and you'll notice that his bike shorts, front and rear, are just painted on.

And here he is riding through the streets of Seattle.  Remember, those aren't shorts – it's just paint.

One of the stops in the Seattle WNBR is the International Fountain in Seattle Center, which was built for the 1962 Seattle World's Fair.  We see the "I pay taxes" guy approaching the fountain along with others.

And the fountain starts washing off his body paint ...

until it's all gone.  The paint was clever, but you know, he's not bad without it.
