Performers - Part 46b

 James Bond Villains

A number of actors who played villains in James Bond films have been naked in other films or on other occasions.

Diamonds Are Forever, 1971, was Sean Connery's last Bond film.  Bruce Glover played villain Mr. Wint (above, left).

This physique photo shows a much younger Glover in the 1950s.

Live and Let Die, 1973, was Roger Moore's first Bond film.  Geoffrey Holder played villain Baron Samedi, above.

Holder was a dancer and choreographer as well as an actor.  This photo was from a session for After Dark magazine in 1964.

The Living Daylights, 1987, was Timothy Dalton's first Bond film.  One of the villains was General Georgi Koskov, played by Jeroen Krabbe, above.

Here's Krabbe in the 1983 film The Fourth Man.

GoldenEye, 1995, was Pierce Brosnan's first Bond film.  Sean Bean played villain Alec Trevelyan.

Toby Stephens played villain Gustav Graves, above, in Pierce Brosnan's last Bond film, Die Another Day, 2002.

That's Stephens on the left in Cambridge Spies, 2003.

Casino Royale, 2006, was Daniel Craig's first Bond film.  Mads Mikkelsen played the villain Le Chiffre.

Here's Mikkelsen in the film Polar, 2019.

Mathieu Amalric (right) played villain Dominic Greene in Quantum of Solace, 2008.

Javier Bardem played villain Raoul Silva in Skyfall, 2012.

Above, a much nicer-looking Bardem in The Detective and Death, 1994.

The latest Bond film is No Time to Die, 2021.  One of the villains was Logan Ash, played by Billy Magnussen.

Here's Magnussen in Boardwalk Empire, 2012.

Another villain in No Time to Die was Lyutsifer Safin, played by Rami Malek.

Here's Malek in Need for Speed, 2014.

We end with the recurring Bond master villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld, played by different actors in different films.  In No Time to Die he was played by Christoph Waltz.

And here's a much younger Waltz in Tristan and Isolde, 1982.

This is another great post. The dates are what I find interesting. We're slowly but surely getting used to male frontal in films by well-known actors.
