Guy With a Lei
This guy at the 2018 WNBR in Brighton caught my attention because of his lei. Now, as a resident of Hawaii, I should deplore his cheap plastic lei (Hawaiian leis are made from real flowers).
But he has other compensating attributes.
And the lei made it easy to identify him in photos. Here he is riding through the streets of Brighton.
He stops to get something to drink ...
has a quick gulp ...
and he's off again.
The route went through Old Steine Gardens, a small park with a large fountain called the Victoria Fountain. Our guy decided to cool himself off.
Here's the only rear view of him that I found, taken while he was in the fountain.
After playing in the fountain ...
he climbed out again.
We end with this picture of him above the crowd. Now, that's an unashamed male!

In the rear view, it looks like he might have fallen off his bike.
Do Hawai'ian leis get made from flowers like roses, daisies, chrysanthemumums, tiger lilies, and other not-at-all tropical plants?
@randy most of the photos also show a cut on the front of that leg, with bridge bandages. Click them to enlarge (totally worth doing anyways) and you will see.
@Ike - generally, Hawaiian leis are made from tropical flowers like plumeria. More expensive leis can be made of orchids.
