Butt Magazine Calendars
Butt magazine was a pocket-sized magazine, published twice a year, featuring photography and interviews about alternative gay and queer culture and sexuality. It was founded in 2001 by two Dutchmen, Gert Jonkers and Jop van Bennekom, but it was published in English for an international audience.
The photos were of "real people", not porn models, which appealed to readers.

Readers submitted photographs and articles. Above, a photo from reader Benjamin Fredrickson in Minneapolis.
Here are some letters to the editor. One from Spain says "Dearest boys, just a quick word to thank you so much for your filthy little magazine." Subscribers were known as Buttheads.
The magazine ceased publication in 2011 but was revived in 2022.
But today's post is part of my Calendar series, and Butt magazine also published calendars. Above is a page from the 2010 calendar, which had one page per week.
Here's a page from the weekly 2012 calendar. Apparently they were still making calendars, even though the magazine was not being published. The magazine and the calendars were printed on light pink colored paper.
This is from a 2014 daily calendar, with one tear-off page per day.

Not every calendar photo was nude. Some featured a face or a hairy chest. March 18, 2014 showed this suggestive image with the caption: "Bavarian tradition dictates that one must suck the meat out of the skin."
But the calendar was from Butt magazine, after all, so we end with a butt.
