Eidy Moya

Eidy Moya (born in 1974) is a Venezuelan boxer known as "El Terrible."  In 2002 he weighed in for a fight with Johnny Bredahl for the WBA bantamweight title, above.  Presumably he weighed in slightly over the limit, and he's taking off his shorts to see if he's under the limit when he's naked.

Moya lost that fight, but his overall record is 17 wins, 3 losses and 1 draw.  He is now retired from boxing.
