Christian Ferrand
Christian Ferrand won the Mr. France contest in the junior class in 1962. He won third place in the junior class in the European contest Mr. Apollo in 1963. The photo above may have been from the Mr. Apollo contest. It was captioned "Christian Ferrand de Nice - Plus bel Apollon de France et d'Europe 1963" ("Christian Ferrand from Nice - Most handsome Apollo of France and of Europe 1963"). Note that although Apollon literally means Apollo, in French it also means a handsome young man, better translated as Adonis.

Jean Ferraro est un légende de la photographie physique en France.
