Brian Atwood
Who would think of putting naked men in ads for high heels? Shoe designer Brian Atwood, that's who. After all, sex sells. Above is an ad for his 2012 line of shoes.
In 2015 he went further and commissioned photographer Tony Duran to photograph naked men actually wearing the high heels. Above is part of an interview with Duran on how he did the photo shoot. The shoot produced a lot of photos for Brian Atwood's ads, as well as a book of the photos called "Pumped" (a play on words, because the pumped-up models are wearing high heels, or pumps).
This is a shot of the models with what Duran called the Trojan horse.
Model Chad White.
Model Gonçalo Teixeira.
More models in high heels.
Not naked, but a bit of a peekaboo view.
Another peekaboo view. It looks like half of his briefs has been cut away.
This is the iconic photo that photographer Tony Duran referred to, to "shock the people of Winona."
Designer Brian Atwood sells a few items besides shoes. You can buy this T-shirt on his website for a mere $85, showing model Aurelian Muller in the Pumped photo shoot.

I enjoy looking at nude men. Nude men in red high heels? Not so much.
Sex definitely sells.
I think the Trojan horse here is amazing!
