Hugo Hernan Garay, born in 1980, is an Argentine boxer whose career lasted from 2001 to 2011. For a while in 2008 he was the world Light Heavyweight champion.

... and, a moment later, exulting that he made weight. Note that in this and the previous photo, an official is trying to block the view of him by holding up a few sheets of paper, which is totally ineffective, but Garay doesn't care.
