2012 London, part 1 of 3

The 2012 Olympic Games were held in London, England.  This is a Spanish 10 Euro coin honoring the event and also celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Spanish Olympic Committee.

Let's look at some of the athletes in the 2012 Olympics.  This is British boxer Luke Campbell.

British boxer Tom Stalker.  The video shows him weighing in for a fight in 2016.

This is the British field hockey team.  The guy in the middle is George Pinner.

British gymnast Ross Brewer.  He didn't compete in the 2012 Olympics, but he served as a referee.

British runner Conrad Williams.

British swimmers Grant Turner, James Goddard and Ross Davenport.

Dutch runner Giovanni Codrington.

Spanish basketball player Serge Ibaka.  The Spanish team won a silver medal.

American basketball player Kevin Love.  The U.S. team won a gold medal.

We end with American basketball player Anthony Davis.  Davis was on the U.S. Olympic team in 2012, and he was also on the U.S. team in the 2024 Paris Olympics.  The video shows him being hazed when he was at the University of Kentucky.

And through the magic of video editing, we get to see something in the instant when Davis was turned over in the video.
