Nik Lentz was a lightweight MMA fighter, now retired. He was weighing in naked for the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) 208 fights in Brooklyn, NY in 2017, above, when the towel-holder lost his grip (above). Oops!
Let's see that again.
Someone got a photo of it, unfortunately a cropped view. Nik then fought Islam Makhachev and lost. Guess it wasn't Nik's day!

Fun! Dude broke his pose in order to help re-raise the towel. Could be a branding thing? But I think not.
