World Naked Bike Ride - Part 61

FKKlad in London, 2019

Laurence Barnes is one of my favorite unashamed males.  Originally from Melbourne, Australia, he moved to Berlin, Germany, where he became so enamored of the German FKK nudist philosophy (it stands for Freikörperkultur, or free body culture) that he started calling himself "FKK lad."

He often attends World Naked Bike Ride events.  Today, we see him at the World Naked Bike Ride in London on June 8, 2019.  Above, a friend is marking a slogan on his back.

The friend's back says "C me now?", a reference to one of the WNBR goals: to try to get drivers not to endanger bicycle riders and to be aware of them at all times, not just when they're naked. 

And here's FKKlad's finished slogan: "Get naked from down under," which refers to Australia, but the arrow is also pointing to his own personal "down under" location, which looks rather inviting.  By the way, FKKlad is gay.

Here his friend is painting a series of rainbow stripes on his arms.

I don't know who his friend is, but this view of him getting painted shows he has "Aussie WNBR" on his chest, which suggests he's a fellow Aussie. 

Here, FKKlad is squirting bubbles from a couple of bubble guns.

And here he is with a group of fellow WNBR riders.  All of this took place in the park where London WNBR riders gather before the ride begins.

And then they're off!  His only body decoration that we didn't see in the previous photos is a faint heart on his chest between the words "I" and FKK" to make it read "I ❤️ FKK."

But I must say, the heart on his chest was hard to see.  The next day, June 9, FKKlad showed up for the WNBR in Brighton, England, and he got repainted with a big bright heart to say "I ❤️ FKK" (above).  But that's a story for another time.
