We found out on Dec. 15, 2017 when he weighed in for a fight against Noe Raygoza. Weighing in over the weight limit, he stripped off his shorts, and those few ounces made the difference for him to qualify. The officials held up a cloth for modesty, but our photographer found a gap.

At the end of every practice coach would record our weight. Every member of the team would weigh naked.
