Bay to Breakers 2023
Bay to Breakers is an annual footrace in San Francisco. The 7.5 mile (12 km) course crosses the city from San Francisco Bay to the breakers of the Pacific Ocean. Much of the course runs through Golden Gate Park (above).
It's not just a race; it's a festival, with thousands of people running or walking the course. Many dress up in costumes, and of course, since its San Francisco, there are always some whose costume is to be naked.
The race is held in May, but temperatures can be chilly. Mark Twain supposedly said: "The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco."

I had friends who participated this year. Yeah, I think you got them in that very last clip.
They still allow nudity? There have been so many bans on nudity in public that I thought that such things were history now. It is good to see that there is still SOME nudity allowed.
San Francisco nudity can still be allowed at an event that receives a City permit. Casual public nudity is now banned.
In the 1990s, there were Internet posts about a few daring men who discarded their clothing or gave it to non-running friends at the start of the race. They had transportation meet them at the end instead of boarding public buses. I guess they thought that wearing a back or fanny pack wouldn't be nudity! I'm glad to see that many more daring men presently participate .
