Denison University Naked Week
Every year, the last week in February is Naked Week at Denison University in central Ohio. Above, sudents streaking in 2007.
Naked Week started fairly recently, in February of 2003, when junior Taylor Ferguson announced that he and a group of friends would be going streaking. He then began dialing random room numbers to invite students to participate. A tradition was born. Above, streakers in 2008.
Naked Week lasts for a week, not just one day. Each day there is a streak in a different part of the campus. Above, streakers in 2010.
Even if the quads are covered with snow, students streak across the snow. Above, streakers in 2014.
In 2010, someone noticed that the timing of Naked Week coincided with Eating Disorders Awareness Week, sponsored by the National Alliance for Eating Disorders. Both events are about body positivity – the idea that people shouldn't be ashamed of their bodies. So eventually, Denison's event became identified with Eating Disorders Awareness Week. Above, streakers in 2016.
But although it may be publicized as Eating Disorders Awareness Week, at Denison, it's still Naked Week, as evidenced by these streakers in 2021.

Gotta love those college kids.
And these are the college kids who want us to pay for their student loans.
No dicks! What a shame!
Surely, going out naked in that cold, I would have died.
