Album Covers part 5
Here are some more album covers featuring nudes. Above, Myriad Woes by Above Aurora, 2024.
Comedian Alan Cumming was photographed nude with some naked dancers outside the Cafe Carlyle in New York City for this album cover. Yes, they were naked in public, but Cumming said in an interview that the photo was taken at 2:00 a.m.
In the Flat Field by Bauhaus, 1980.
The cover of Maybe It's Easy by Bloody Knees features vocalist Bradley Griffiths (above).
Vile by Cannibal Corpse, a black metal group, is pretty vile, showing a severed penis with maggots.
Penis by Dead Cells Corporation, 2023, goes in the other direction for fantasy, spelling out the name with a penis that's unnaturally alive.
The Glad Fact by the Dirty Projectors, 2003.
We end with the Allman Brothers Band. This is a gatefold photo from their debut album in 1969. They're carefully posed so nothing too scandalous shows ...
but here's another photo of them from the same photo session. Enjoy.

Never a fan of Alan but watched his concert at the Carlyle, anyway. I came away feeling "Meh."
Some of these covers are gross.
