Key West Fantasy Fest
Key West is a gay mecca, not just tolerating but welcoming gay visitors. This guy is standing at the end of Route 1, which runs up and down the entire East coast, ending at Key West.
Fantasy Fest was started in 1979 by local merchants to attract tourists during October, which was a slow season. It's a 10-day festival leading up to Halloween, a combination of Mardi Gras with parades and floats, and Halloween with costumes. Public nudity is officially illegal, though that law seems not to be enforced. Some costumes are more daring than others, like this clever Peter Pan costume.
This guy's costume is absolutely minimal - bare in back and just a pouch in front. I don't know what's holding it on.
Whatever was holding Batman's pouch on seems to have slipped.
Some people just ignore the nudity ban, like this guy whose costume advertises that he's good and plenty.
This guy's swimsuit covers him in front, but in back, it's a case of extreme sagging.
Here's a guy in a tutu who doesn't seem to mind a little attention.
Perhaps this tutu-clad guy is looking for a little attention.
And this costume is sure to grab your attention. Shall I say he's hard to ignore?
Indoors, the nudity ban doesn't apply. Here's a bartender, dressed in a mask in the spirit of the festival.
During the 10 days of the festival, there are multiple side events and parties, like the male-only "Bowties and Birthday Suits" pool party at Island House, which claims to be the "best gay resort in the world." At this party, guests wear just their birthday suit and a bowtie (which they are given at the door).
Here's a waiter at Island House serving drinks. Looks like Key West Fantasy Fest might be a place where fantasies come true.

I mean, Batman is circumcised in canon. Jury's out on the Robins, but:
Dick's parents were immigrants.
Jason thought his mom was a Mossad agent for a bit, but the Lazarus pit cures everything.
Tim is typical New Jersey bourgeois American, and don't make me think about Damian.
Whatta lotta fun!
Key West is so great. Never been there for Fantasy Fest, but I've stayed at Island House and it IS a really nice place.
Oh, and that dude has on what is called a "cock sock" - yes, it's a real thing that dancers sometimes wore on stage. It's held in place with a light glue - like women use for pasties on nipples.
