Instruments - Part 1

 Flute

This is the first in a series showing unashamed males playing different instruments.  We start with the flute.

The flute is played by blowing air across an opening.  A similar instrument that you play by blowing into the end is a recorder, not a flute.  And of course there's the skin flute, which involves a different kind of blowing.

Here's a flute player at Burning Man in 2010.

The World Naked Bike Ride in Brighton, England in 2015.  Apparently they're playing a piece for flute, percussion, and bicycle.

Embouchure, the position of the mouth, is important in playing the flute.  But you're probably not looking at his mouth.

We end with a duet for guitar and skin flute (I couldn't resist).  Embouchure is equally important here.
